He played a critical role in restructuring the system to meet the needs of the African governments. Khoi worked with computer scientists such as Prof. Paddy Krishnan (Oracle Labs) and Dr. Ng Chong (UNU) to build a robust ICT framework for WEMS. He works closely with Dr. Remi Chandran while integrating the information policy process into WEMS.<\/p><p>Khoi holds a master degree in Computer Science from Francophone Institute for Computer Science. He has rich experience in both research and development from mobile application to big data. His current work concerns with the maintenance and enhancement of Wildlife Enforcement Monitoring Systems and in the integration of the Asian and African systems for transcontinental information sharing between Asian and African countries.<\/p><p>Khoi speaks fluent English, French and Vietnamese.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Khoi has been with the WEMS initiative as a full time engineer since its start, supporting the needs of African and Asian countries.
