WEMS is implemented as a web based software for collection, compilation and analysis of wildlife and forest crimes data that can facilitate timely enforcement action against wildlife and forest crimes.<\/p><p>Mr. Phiri has more than 10 years experience in executing instruments related to Multilateral Environment Agreements (MEAs) such as the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES).
